How much will support cost?

 

     •   Work is charged on an hourly basis with a call out charge (if applicable)

     

      •    Call out charge - £20 (dependant on circumstances, call or email for details)

 

     •    Hourly rate - £25 per hour (minimum fee of £25)

 

How much will a Health Check cost?

 

     •  The full system Health Check will cost £50

 

How much will a re-build cost?

 

     •  A full rebuild will cost £115

 

 

Where can I find you?

      •  As part of the cost, I will collect and return your PC to you. You will not have to attend my workshop

 

Who is Fraser Dickson?

 

     •  I am an IT Professional with Microsoft Certification in Windows XP and Windows 2000 Server, I am currently studying for my MCDST (Micrososft Certiifed  Desktop Support Technician) to officially demonstrate my skills.

 

     •  I have been involved in IT support for many years and solved many different problems on different Windows versions

 

What are your Support Hours?

 

     •  As mentioned on the Home Page, I am undertaking this Desktop Support venture in addition to my current employment. My hours of support are subsequently out of normal business hours and will primarily be conducted either in my “workshop” (collection of your PC and Re-installation included call-out charge) or in the comfort of your own home.
